Negative interactions exist: Caffeine inhibits paclitaxel's effects by downregulating α-tubulin acetylation, potentially worsening lung/cervical tumors. Patients on taxanes should avoid high-caffeine intake.
Liver Cancer: High consumption of coffee (3+ cups/day) is associated with a 50-70% lower risk, independent of caffeine alone.
